By supporting the Power of Hope campaign, you are partnering with City of Hope to intensify and accelerate efforts to advance new, more effective therapies and cures for patients with cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases. With a goal of $1 billion, the Power of Hope campaign is the most comprehensive and ambitious fundraising initiative in City of Hope's history.

Give to the Power of Hope campaign and we will recognize your support through the National Recognition Program. This internet-based recognition allows you — and others — to view your recognition anytime, anywhere, from any computer that is connected to the internet. We will post a beautiful recognition certificate online and send you a printed certificate that you can display in your home.

National Recognition Certificates are available to honor these three levels of support:

Gold Level–$1,000
You will be honored with an attractive certificate that allows you to choose one of five beautiful photos: the Spirit of Life Fountain, City of Hope Helford Clinical Research Hospital, the Golter Gate, the Japanese Garden or the Rose Garden. Your recognition also includes six (6) lines of personalized text, up to 30 characters per line, including spaces.

Silver–$500
You will be recognized with an attractive certificate that allows you to choose one of three beautiful photos: the Spirit of Life Fountain, the Golter Gate or the Japanese Garden.  Your recognition also includes three (3) lines of personalized text, up to 30 characters per line, including spaces.

Bronze–$250
You will be recognized with an attractive certificate of appreciation that includes your name(s) and you can choose between a beautiful image of the Spirit of Life Fountain or the Japanese Garden.  Name(s) can be up to 30 characters including spaces.

Your National Recognition will be viewable on any computer that is connected to the internet.  Your certificate can also be saved to your computer and/or printed on your own printer. To order your National Recognition Certificate, simply open and print the order form by clicking here or on the “National Recognition Order Form” link on the top left. Complete the form, print it and send it in the mail with your donation.
